Traditional Bahraini dumplings are prepared with a light fermented dough mixed with the flavor of cardamom and saffron. They are fried until they become golden and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, then dipped in rich saffron syrup to give you the authentic Gulf taste.
